Retuner Pro is a desktop audio product designed to process audio locally on your device. This Policy applies to information we collect when you visit our website, install or use the app, purchase a subscription, activate a license, contact support, or otherwise interact with us.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Name and email address used for purchases, account recovery, or support requests
  • License key and related purchase or activation information
  • Messages, attachments, and other information you send to our support team
  • Any information you provide when contacting us through forms or email

Billing and subscription information

  • Subscription plan, billing cadence, and purchase status
  • Billing provider identifiers such as Stripe customer, checkout, or subscription identifiers
  • Transaction metadata needed to provision and manage your license

License and device information

  • Device identifiers used to activate and validate your license
  • Device name, platform, activation date, and last-seen timestamps
  • License status, device count, and entitlement information

Website and basic technical information

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and similar request metadata
  • Basic logs required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot our website and backend services

Audio and content information

Retuner Pro processes audio locally on your device. We do not intend to upload or store the audio content you listen to as part of ordinary app use. If that changes for a future feature, we will update this Policy before rolling that feature out.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain Retuner Pro
  • To provision subscriptions and issue or manage licenses
  • To activate devices and enforce device limits
  • To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
  • To send product, billing, activation, and transactional communications

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices

  • You may deactivate devices through supported license-management flows where available.
  • You may request license recovery using the email restoration tools we provide.

We may need to retain certain information even after a deletion request when required for legal, security, contractual, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Retuner Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International data transfers

Depending on where you are located, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
