Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Retuner Pro, including our website, desktop software, support services, licensing systems, and related features. By using Retuner Pro, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using Retuner Pro on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Retuner Pro. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you are responsible for ensuring that use complies with your internal rules and applicable law.

3. License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms and your subscription status, SYQEL INC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Retuner Pro for your internal personal or business use.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the software except as expressly permitted
  • Attempt to bypass licensing, activation, or device-limit controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where prohibited by law
  • Use the service in a way that harms the software, our systems, or other users
  • Use Retuner Pro in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Retuner Pro offers paid plans and may include subscription and lifetime purchase options.
  • Features may differ by plan, billing cadence, and product version.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable billing provider.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase.
  • If payment fails or your subscription becomes inactive, access may be limited, suspended, or terminated.

5. Device activation and limits

Your license may be limited to a fixed number of activated devices. Device limits and activation rules are part of the service and may vary by plan.

You agree not to share, transfer, or misuse license keys in a way that circumvents device-limit enforcement or otherwise exceeds the scope of your subscription.

6. Customer content and audio processing

You are responsible for the audio, media, and other content you choose to process with Retuner Pro. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or permissions needed to use that content in the manner you choose.

Retuner Pro is an audio-processing tool. We do not claim ownership of your music or content.

7. Updates and changes

We may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of Retuner Pro at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Support

We may provide support, documentation, and account recovery tools, but we do not guarantee any particular support level, response time, or issue resolution outcome unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your subscription is inactive or unpaid
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use
  • We are required to do so by law or to protect the service or other users

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Retuner Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYQEL INC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYQEL INC and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Retuner Pro.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Retuner Pro will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SYQEL INC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SYQEL INC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
